I build software the way a contractor builds a house.
Show up, scope the job honestly, finish on time, leave the place cleaner than I found it. The tools happen to be Python and AI instead of a saw.
I graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science, and a minor in Robotics and Autonomous Systems. Since then I've focused on the kinds of problems where a small piece of custom software replaces hours of manual work, or where a thoughtful AI system does something an off-the-shelf tool can't.
I work directly with the owner. No account managers, no handoffs, no surprises on the invoice. I take on a limited number of clients at a time so the work moves quickly and stays high quality. Every engagement starts with a free 15-minute call and a $1,500 Discovery Sprint, so you always know what you're buying.

I'd rather show you a system I shipped for someone like you than walk you through a deck. If I haven't done a thing before, I'll say so.

Plain words, specific numbers.
I'll tell you what I'm going to build, what it costs, and how long it will take. No leveraging, no synergies. Sentences a non-technical owner can repeat to a partner.

Small caseload, direct contact.
You will always have my phone number. The person you hired is the person doing the work. If something is going wrong, I'll tell you before you have to ask.

Don't break what's running.
Most of my clients have a business that already works. My job is to add to it without putting the existing operation at risk. New code is staged, tested, and rolled in carefully.
