- Discovery over Zoom, on your schedule: interviews with you and your employees — whoever actually does the manual work — plus whatever documents, spreadsheets, and recordings you send.
- Together we identify the automations worth doing, verified against how the work actually happens — not the org chart.
- A prioritized automation plan you own either way: what to fix, in what order, and what each fix is worth.
- A fixed-price proposal for the build. A number, not an estimate.
The full $1,500 is credited against builds of $5,000+ signed within 90 days of discovery wrapping. Payment handled securely by Stripe.

If the roadmap makes sense and you want me to build it, your Sprint proposal already has the number. Fixed price, agreed scope, staged delivery — and I don't break what's already running.

FAQ
Why is discovery paid?
The free call tells you whether this is a fit; discovery is real work. The interviews, the analysis, and a prioritized plan with fixed-price quotes have standalone value even if you never hire me for the build — so they have a price. And because it's fully credited, clients who go on to build with me effectively got it free.
Do you have to come to our office?
No. Discovery runs over Zoom on your schedule, and most audits never need a site visit. If the workflow lives somewhere physical — a shop floor, a front desk — I'll come see it.
What's free and what's paid?
Free: the 30-minute planning call. Paid: the $1,500 discovery phase — the interviews, the prioritized plan, and fixed-price quotes for the builds — then the $1,500 comes back as credit on your first build.
Is the Sprint really credited?
Yes — all of it, against any build of $5,000 or more signed within 90 days of discovery wrapping. If we build together, discovery cost you nothing.
What if I don't hire you for the build?
The roadmap is yours. It's written so any competent developer can execute it. No lock-in, no hard feelings — some clients take the plan and build in-house.
What happens on the free call?
Fifteen minutes. You describe the business, I ask questions, and you leave with the first three things I'd automate. If it's a fit, I'll point you at the audit or the Sprint. If it isn't, I'll tell you on the call.
