Services

Five things I'm unusually good at.

Every engagement starts the same way — a free 15-minute call, then a $1,500 Discovery Sprint that ends in a roadmap and a fixed price. Here's what I actually build.

01

App rescue

The problem

You (or someone you hired, or an AI) built an app that mostly works. It demos great. But it falls over with real users, nobody wrote tests, and you're one bug away from losing the customers who already trust it.

What I do

I take AI-generated ("vibecoded") and prototype-quality codebases to industry standard: tests, security, error handling, deployment, monitoring. You keep the speed you got from building it fast — and lose the fragility.

Took over an outside firm's production AI codebase and now own it end to end — cost and accuracy measured, improvements shipped as feedback comes in. Read the case →

02

Workflow automation

The problem

Somebody on your team spends hours every day copying data between systems, re-typing listings, or assembling the same report by hand.

What I do

I build software robots that do the repetitive work exactly the way your best employee does it — reliably, at 3 a.m., without complaining.

A residential builder's marketing team spent six hours a day editing listings by hand. My automation posted 2,000+ listings and cut the job to minutes. Read the case →

03

Hard-to-get public data

The problem

The data you need is technically public — court records, license rosters, market prices — but it's scattered across fifty websites that seem designed to stop you from collecting it.

What I do

Difficult scraping is a specialty: bot walls, weird formats, gigantic volumes. I turn "impossible to collect" into a clean spreadsheet or database on your side.

Built a ranked attorney database for a law-tech firm: 200,000 profiles and 150,000 court cases from Arizona bar and court records. Read the case →

04

Rapid prototyping

The problem

You have an idea — a product, a tool, an online store — and you need to see it working before you bet real money on it.

What I do

I ship a working version fast, so you can put it in front of customers instead of describing it to them. If it works, we harden it. If it doesn't, you found out cheap.

Took a Maryland golf retailer from mockups to a live online store with market-aware pricing tools. Read the case →

05

AI systems

The problem

Everyone says you should "use AI." Nobody says which parts of your business it actually fits — or what it'll cost to run.

What I do

I build AI systems that do a specific job — answering from your documents, classifying records, drafting the first pass — and I instrument them so you can see accuracy and cost, not vibes.

Run an AI assistant that answers from a company's documents — with live cost and accuracy numbers instead of guesswork. Read the case →
